Yard facilities have been reconstructed and upgraded, which includes a 15-ton capacity travel hoist, 30-ton capacity slipway, and cranes that are available for use subject to the appropriate fees. A hardstand area, piers and a concrete ramp are also available. A fee schedule is available from the Administration Office.

Mooring Fee: For Members

A. Fore and Aft Mooring
   1. Pesos 70.00 per linear ft./month
   2. Minimum Mooring Fee - Pesos 800.00/boat

B. Swinging Mooring
   1. Pesos 90.00 per linear ft./month
   2. Minimum Mooring Fee - Pesos 1,200.00/boat

Note:  
a. 1st and 2nd boat at normal rate
b. 3rd and above, twice the normal rate

C. Floating Dock Fee based on Maximum Dock Length Capacity
   1. Pesos 90.00 per linear ft./month - for Berth Owners
   2. Pesos 90.00 per linear ft./month - for MYC Members (Non-Berth Owners)
      whose boats are secured in other Members' finger berths.

Note:
Derelict and unserviceable boats will be charged three times the normal rate and may be removed to a special area.

The Club enjoys full boatyard repair facilities as well as skilled workers to call on. Carpenters, mechanics and painters are available at the yard for repairs. However, these craftsmen are employed by private contractors and are not MYC employees. Thus, it is recommended that quotations be secured prior to the initiation of any work.
